Extended hours clinic for ACUTE ISSUES available for your convenience:

*Extended Hours are:
Monday-Thursday 4:30pm - 6:30pm
Saturday 9:00am - 2:00pm and Sunday 1:00pm - 5:00pm (beginning August 3, 2024)

No appointment needed

*Extended Hours are available for acute visits only and not for routine medical care. You must an established patient, seeing a provider at least yearly for an Annual Wellness Visits and not just sick visits. If you do not meet this criteria, you may be seen as a self pay patient. (No clinic on Saturday and Sunday for June and July, but resumes in August.)

Call Us

Call the office or our after hours clinic if you have any of the following, or similar, conditions that you feel are not an emergency: burning/frequent urination, dizziness, stomach pain, headache or minor injury

Call Us

Visit our extended hours clinic if you are experiencing these, or any similar, non-life-threatening conditions:  high fever, diarrhea or severe cuts/burns

Call 911

Go to the emergency room or call 911 if you are suffering from any of these, or similar, life-threatening conditions: Chest pains, slurred speech or one-sided weakness

Telephone Policy

What hours does your staff answer the phones?

Please note that our telephones are available for patient calls Monday - Thursday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm and on Friday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm.

AFTER 5:00 PM, OUR PHONES ARE FORWARDED TO OUR ANSWERING SERVICE.  THEY DO NOT SEND CALLS TO THE PROVIDE ON CALL FOR PRESCRIPTION REFILLS, APPOINTMENTS, REFERRALS, TEST OR LAB RESULTS. You will need to call during normal business hours for these needs or send a message through your patient portal.

Our telephones are still on answering service on Saturday and Sunday.  Staff is limited during Extended Hours Clinic and they do not answer incoming phone calls.

Prescription Refill Policy:

Please allow 36 hours for prescription refill request (working days).  Any request left after 12 on Friday will not be handled till Monday.

Holiday Schedule:

Thanksgiving: November 28-29 | Christmas: December 24-25
New Year's: January 1
