Wendy O'Neal CRNP
Wendy O'Neal was born and raised in Tupelo, MS. She became a registered nurse in 2014 and ventured out as a travel nurse over the last six years. She is now a certified registered nurse practitioner and resident of Birmingham, AL. She received her Master of Science degree from the University of North Alabama in 2021. She is a former collegiate track at Mississippi State University. She loves spending time with family, traveling and taking care of the hollistic being for the patients she serves. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and one of the newer providers at PCIFM.
Matthew McKinney CRNP
Matthew McKinney received his Associate Degree in Nursing in 2013 from Jefferson State Community College. He attended Jacksonville State University and received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2018. He graduated from the University of South Alabama in 2023 with his Master of Science in Nursing. He is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nursing Practitioner.
Matthew is married and enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.
Christy Fuller CRNP
Finding my way home to PCIFM has been an amazing journey. I started out as an athletic traner with a BS from the University of West Alabama in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine. I worked at HeathSouth from 2001-2004 as a medical assistant and Head Athletic Trainer for Oak Grove High School. From there, I decided to get my MS in Education from the University of Montevallo. I taught 1st grade at Hueytown Elementary and then 3rd grade at Flinthill Christian Academy.
In 2012, we moved to Ashville and I got a job as a medical assistant for Dr. William McClanahan at Northside Medical Associates here in Pell City. I went back to school for my RN from Jefferson State Community College and my MS in Nursing from Walden State University while working full-time with Dr. McClanahan. When Dr. McClanahan decided to retire in 2021, I worked as the primary healthcare provider form Premier NP in Munford, AL. I then worked briefly at Anniston Medical Clinic with Dr. Rana before finding my way back home to Pell City with PCIFM. I am glad to be back serving a community I love and am thankful to work for people I respect and adore.
